TERMS OF USE

The visiting, surfing, browsing, logging onto, viewing, forwarding links of, mention to friends of, or idle remembrance of this site, and any other such actions which shall be constructed by The Management to constitute "usage", shall hereby be implicitly bound by the following provisions:

1. This site is provided "AS IS". No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied with regard to its suitability of purpose, application, or meaning. Even I don't know what the point of all of this is yet.
2. Users of this site agree to indemnify and hold harmless its managers, officers, and agents of all claim of liability, damage, or cost arising from or related to the violation of this Agreement, of which this clause is a part, so if this is the part you violate, then . . . I dunno. Just don't sue me, is all.
